Center for Financial Planning, Inc.® was founded in 1985 and is a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) (we operate as a hybrid RIA and work with Raymond James as our custodian and broker/dealer)

Responsibilities We’ll Trust You With:
Support team initiatives and understand and support the firm and department’s vision, mission, and strategy
Collaborate with planners of The Center to assist in the development of financial plans and periodic reviews for clients including, but not limited to, retirement analysis, tax planning, education expense analysis, estate planning, insurance assessment, and investment management
Provide exceptional service for client needs including account maintenance, money movement, relationship support, etc.
Coordinate and proactively follow up with clients’ other financial professionals, when necessary
Work with lead financial planners to successfully onboard new clients
Proactively seek ways to surprise and delight clients with WOW moments
Assist in department projects and with the creation of efficient processes
Qualifications:
Experience in a financial planning and/or investment environment is preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong service mindset and drive to go above and beyond to provide the best possible client experience
Desire to be part of a team, well-developed interpersonal skills, and ability to get along with diverse personalities
Intellectual curiosity and talent to think independently and creatively to solve problems
Effective time management skills and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment while prioritizing independent tasks and meeting aggressive deadlines
Process-oriented, exceptional organization skills, and dedication to exceeding quality standards
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Series 7, 63, or 66 or other securities license or willingness to complete as a part of professional development plan

Base salary commensurate with experience
Incentive compensation of up to 20% of base salary

Investment News “2024 Best Places to Work for Financial Advisors”. The Best Places to Work for Financial Advisers program is a national program managed by Best Companies Group. The survey and recognition program are dedicated to identifying and recognizing the best employers in the financial advice/wealth management industry. The final list is based on the following criteria: must be a registered investment adviser (RIA), affiliated with an independent broker-dealer (IBD), or a hybrid doing business through an RIA and must be in business for a minimum of one year and must have a minimum of 15 full-time/part-time employees.
